Gave an enterprise agency one brand system for everything it ships

THE BUSINESS PROBLEM

Anatta helps brands like AG1 and Vuori move to Shopify. Its own marketing had to carry the same confidence on the site, in ads, at events and in sales decks, and a fast team needed one system to work from.

WHAT I SOLVED

I lead all of Anatta's marketing design, usually turning work around within a day. Ads ran as tests: creative with real people beat text-only ads, so the system moved toward human, proof-led work.

I lead brand and marketing design for Anatta itself — not the client brands. Site, brand system, success-story templates, resource hub, paid social, events, reports, decks — 3.5 years of it, soup to nuts. The site shown here is the version I designed; anatta.io has since moved on to a newer look.

If sales is going to talk about million-dollar migrations, the first slide cannot look cheap.

01Brand system

THE PROBLEM

A Shopify Platinum partner cannot brief social, web, and sales from vibes. The team needed one file that said how Anatta looks and how it talks.

WHAT I DID

Three slides from the 2024 book: cover, logo anatomy, colour. Voice is the same as the site — serve without ego. The rest stays in the PDF.

02The public site

THE PROBLEM

A prospect landing from a Shopify referral should feel the room they are walking into, not a vendor list.

WHAT I DID

Sitemap of first folds, then each page as a browser window. Live site if someone wants the rest: anatta.io.

03Paid social — the migration campaigns

THE PROBLEM

Replatforming is a dry, expensive decision, and every agency ad says the same thing: faster, cheaper, trusted. CTOs scroll past it.

WHAT I DID

Borrowed formats people already know — Minesweeper, a breakup text, a rubber duck on a billboard, two Lego figures arguing — so the risk lands in one glance. Same offer, many angles, built for prospecting and retargeting tests.

04Proof ads — one number, one headline

THE PROBLEM

Nobody reads a case study from a cold ad. The proof was buried on page three of a PDF.

WHAT I DID

Pulled the one number that matters to the front: Trade Coffee in 120 days, buybuy BABY in 31, True Botanicals from 4% to 6% conversion. The client's result is the headline; the logo does the rest.

05Events — invites people RSVP to

THE PROBLEM

Anatta's pipeline runs on rooms: Shoptalk dinners, NRF, partner nights. Co-hosted events mean four logos and one mood to protect.

WHAT I DID

Invites, socials and banners for each: a Shoptalk Vegas suit-and-cards system, an NRF night with the Knicks, a co-hosted evening at the Banksy Museum with Shopify, Recharge and Klaviyo.

06Reports, toolkits and the deck

THE PROBLEM

Enterprise buyers want something to forward to their CFO. A blog post doesn't survive that trip.

WHAT I DID

A 22-page Subscription Benchmark Report with Recharge, a 41-page Direct Selling toolkit with Shopify, and the 2026 capabilities deck sales pitches with. Data-heavy, but still on-brand.

07LinkedIn carousel — buybuy BABY moonshot

THE PROBLEM

A 31-day Shopify rebuild with $1.5B at risk reads like a case-study PDF. LinkedIn needed a swipe.

WHAT I DID

Ten frames. Cover as a moonshot, the shuttered stores, the challenge, the results, the three-rule framework, then the CTO quote and a replatforming close.

08First slides

THE PROBLEM

A feed of case studies and launches dies if every opener looks like a blog header.

WHAT I DID

Each series starts with a frame that can live alone: migration landmines, Good Ranchers partnership, Shopify Spring Editions, Nuts.com launch.
