Gave a US sales team assets worth sending mid-deal

THE BUSINESS PROBLEM

The North American sales team needed something they could drop into a thread at 4pm EST without apologising for how it looked.

WHAT I SOLVED

Built the ebooks, case-study two-pager and sales comics they used, and presented a full logo redesign to the whole company at the all-hands.

Senior designer for LeadSquared’s American team: ebooks, a case-study two-pager, hiring social, sales comics, and a full logo redesign. The L-block — the missing piece that helps a business scale — went through all-hands and people liked it. Priorities and legal stopped it shipping. It’s still the best argument I made there.

The new mark was loved in the all-hands. Legal and Covid killed the rollout. The work still stands.

Result: Ebooks, a case-study two-pager and sales comics in use by the North American sales team; the L-block rebrand was presented to the whole company at the all-hands.

01The mark that didn’t ship

THE PROBLEM

The live lockup did not say CRM. The symbol had no job, the weights fought the type, and the tracking was tight enough to hide the name.

WHAT I DID

Rebuilt it as an L-block: the missing Tetris piece. Old vs new, construction, concept lines, social and print tests, then the lockup itself. Shown at all-hands. Loved. Did not go live.

02Ebooks and a two-pager sales could send

THE PROBLEM

A US seller at 4pm EST cannot attach a 40-slide deck and hope. They needed a cover, a TOC, and a case they could forward.

WHAT I DID

Lead conversion strategies, Sales Hacks, Asher College opener. Same illustration language across the set.

03The floor, drawn

THE PROBLEM

Sales enablement that only looks like a product shot never gets forwarded in the group chat.

WHAT I DID

Comics for the American team — minutes before a close, cold feet, a boat headed at a sale — plus a hiring frame when the NA desk needed an email specialist.
